Why was the “January Incident” never investigated? Look for yourself on the Internet. Search for “Sheriff T.S. Walsh or Tim Walsh” Jefferson County, Colorado and you’ll see he doesn’t seem to exist, yet his name is on the bottom of each page of the 12-page January arrest record.
